    That's my sort of house. It would sell for more than double that in Sydney or Melbourne - triple in some suburbs.

    Definitely a great location for such product where less is more...... but I am not cool enough for this :p

    Maybe I'm not cool but I hate large open plan areas. Just the kitchen-dining part for me. Always think these places lack the homely kind of vibe
