    Don’t get too excited.

Brisbane is coming off a lower base since it did not boom over the past 5-7 years like Sydney and Melbourne did. Even though both have pulled back a bit, their recent growth has far exceeded Brisbane’s.

The time to get excited is when it actually happens.
A Brisbane “boom” has been predicted for at least the last five years.

The fundamentals are there which is why everyone keeps predicting it . I am not overly worried if it happens 2021 or 2023 . Brisbane is a much better bet to be investing money right now than Sydney or Melbourne .

Massive infrastructure spending including queens wharf , cross river rail etc . Jobs growth and interstate migration amongst other things . Also reducing apartment supply

I agree there has been plenty of positive spruiking about Brisbane houses for the past year now .... Besides the Moreton Bay region, which suburbs/areas in Brisbane are predicted to do well in terms of CG?

I think it’s enough , or at the very least enough to make Brisbane’s performance much better than the Sydney and Melbournes . People have been talking up those things for a good reason .

Remember people's sentiment is one of the factors property rise...so keep it up!
Also, more investors entering the market.....so both go hand in hand.;)

Yes, I agree, I have been rising rents on all my houses. Even slightly but it helps!
Did not do that currently in Sydney.
However, these are just economics at play at various times in different states.

    Good on you my friend!
What's important is the direction; It's going up, not down. :)
