    Adelaide too, but all I'm hearing economically and jobs wise is doom and gloom

    If your looking for more adding value sites then maybe Perth in the future? The concensus is many of the Perth markets are going down. .down. .debate is still going about whether the ground is reached but i would assume buying good deals near the bottom that also stack up might be a good move for some.

    I know very little about Perth.. but for me that's probably my next angle of attack. Waiting patiently. ..and when the time is 'right' I'll employ one of the Perth dev gurus to help me find a deal or 2. :D

    Though i don't completely agree with tenex re Brisbane, I've personally spoken with Tenex re development etc. He's a very nice guy and was quite helpful sharing infomation with me. I also think hes going to do quite well with his development in sydney ;)
