    Hi all,
    Curious to know if anyone that has recently completed a development in Brisbane City Council area and has an idea of how long it's taking for council compliance checks / approval along with the titles being registered at the moment?

    Tbh your question isn’t really clear. You have referenced interchangeably three entirely different parts of the process.

    Do you need a DA? Do you have a DA in? Are you doing op works atm? Do you even have a site?

    Best info I can give for now is that there are no delays past the statutory timeframes, but expect them to take the most time possible.
