    It's amazing what you can live with for $$$. The wrong balustrade was put in at a development (round instead of rectangle) on the stairs and the balustrade company is currently "pretty please can you accept the round and we'll give you a discount"

    Quick update:

    Handover happening in the next few days! It's looking good. Market seems strong and demand is around with limited stock.
    Fingers crossed we can home lovely new families who will love their new homes. It's been a really enjoyable project this one. Very few dramas along the way and the end product looks magnificent.

    Seems 2 weeks is an eternity these days, how are you proceeding with the changes to open houses etc.?

    Nice one! Everyone loves a bargain especially in this environment. If you accept chicken nuggets as trade I'm happy to talk to you, I even have sweet & sour sauce :D

    Yep I don't blame them. I'd be doing the exact same. I'm happy to negotiate and I'm reasonable so I'll get there. No leverage so no holding pressure.

    Old post I'm replying to but - the style of basin you've used is what's being used everywhere in all bathroom renos I've seen atm, so I think it's on trend and just right....
