Does this pricing look decent to you? It's just for standard roller blinds. Nothing fancy. I haven't ordered blinds as an individual item for a long time so I'm really out of touch with pricing. I was told it's a good price. Screenshot_20200124-101946.png

    Thanks

Looks sharp to me without looking into detail (size/measurements)
For my Modbury reno/flip was 14 blinds for total cost of $2,800 which was very good price.

Thanks. I was told it's good pricing because my job is getting included in with a 22 town house project. It's always nice when friends come through for you. :) re sizes, it's in the quote.

    Just wanted to check. Thanks.

Haha yeah I saw you sizes, but mine was just lumped together. Was from a friends business, he's quotes were much better than others.

Always handy when can get pricing like that, for my Highbury development the builder passed me a contact for fencing and retaining, the contractor thought I was an associate of the builder so gave me their pricing - I wasn't going to correct him :) sure they still made good money.

Haha well done. I'm sure they did. I always try as much as possible to join the bandwagon of friend's developments when ordering. I was lucky on this one, a friend was doing excavation same days as mine and close by. Engaged same company for both jobs and saved a tidy sum.

Walls are Dulux white exchange quarter. What colour blinds would you go with? I'm not too fussed really. Any decent whitish color is fine. Recommendations?

    Carpet is taupe.
Only need them in bedrooms so don't worry about journey and downstairs.

    The window frames is monument.

    Pricing is great on those.
I've used charcoal in some projects recently instead of white. It's still a neutral look and goes well if you have black/charcoal window frames. But if you have taupe carpet then I would just stick with classic white. If your carpet was a cool colour or wood then charcoal is an option.

I would question why you have blinds for the wet areas (bathroom/ensuites/WC) on there?? If you have obscured glass then I wouldn't use blinds in those rooms unless they are massive windows (doesn't appear to be the case with those measurements). No one is ever going to put the WC one up and down in my opinion unless it's clear glass

Thanks myf for color recommendation. They did a quote for every window, however I'm only going with the bedrooms as per my agent's advice.

Oh good. There is no need to do all those and yes I would just do bedrooms for resale.

Couple more snaps of lot 4. Not the clearest pics. Getting to the PC stage soon. Planned for next month. Pretty happy with the build time and overall quantity. Lots of cleaning and some fitting off to do still and landscaping. Driveways going in next week.

Those basins sitting proud on the vanity top look really dated. Underslung look much better and classier.

I'm surprised you didn't put the waterfall edge on the other end?

I actually did. Long story short was a screw up. I was offered to fix them or get a substantial refund. Chose the refund.
