    Moreton Bay- Small increases
    Logan- 2017 reductions, 2018 holding
    Gold Coast- Strong.

    I have a 2,1,1 villa in Logan central and it seems like I have the highest rent around for the last 4 years @ $285, rents seem to be dropping around the area to $260

    Last year increase.....this year a decrease.....but feel the PM inherited from out of area not on the ball....
