    Hi Everyone,

I am new to this so any advice would be appreciated. There is a property built in the 1970s where the owners have kept the house in original conditions, to the point where the agent will not post/share photos or allow any buyers through the property.

What suggestions would you have to evaluate this property? Is there anyone you would recommend for big renovation projects? What estimated costs would be involved for such renovation projects?

    Thanks everyone

How on earth is the agent going to sell without posting photos or allowing anyone through the property?

Even buyers who can't get into Queensland yet would want to see photos.

    Sounds like a demolition job.

Do you have any suggestions or ideas on a 1970s home demolition? What would the cost be for such task?
    Thanks for replying

Give someone a call. I found this just from googling.

I'm sure if you send them the address, they can look at it on google earth and give you a fair idea of pricing to demolish and clear the block.

Thank you so much for your help, I really appreciate it.

I will have to reach out to a few businesses to get a better idea.
