    if the SS/PC index is any indication (and it often is) brisbane is about to explode.

    i remember similar sydney posts 1.5-2 years ago and same with perth development sites a feew yrs ago too

    I made sure to go the long way around on the M1 rather than the mean streets of Old Cleveland Rd from Newmarket to Redland Bay...
