    The relevant parties have negotiated an agreement to divide Brisbane into sections (N, S, E and W) and will be controlled by their respective Dons (and Donettes).

    Apologies! Today was non-stop. Got back to the airport with minutes to spare!

    I just flew back from Brizzy last night after a spot of IP shopping. With those boundaries it looks like I cut into a couple of people's turf :)

    Though with 30% off flights with every purchase, you'll be seeing a lot more of me.
    May have to bring wifey along to actually see her very first place before settlement.

    Is in 10 years i think is the blank.

    Everytime i hear first time investors talking about buying in Sydney i cringe. That said my i have friends making money there. Developing 6 month old purchases though. No-one else.
