    Also, I am seeing a lot of “Submit All Offers” and “Price: Negotiable” sales.

    WTF. I thought all sales were negotiable and one could submit an offer :D.

    If Brisbane drops that much from a such low bases what will happen to Sydney and Melbourne that almost double the Brisbane price and with such a low rental return. its not going to happen...
