Looks like a townhouse.. Many of the photos seem computer generated - not actually finished?

Then again, here is hoping for easy 300sqm bcc subdivisions in the next 10 years !

The interiors are fine just very neutral which is safe (although at least one of the bedrooms looked tiny). Biggest problem is there is no furniture , dumb move not to stage it with some nice furniture/art.

A townhouse and asking 1mil? jeez. I'd love it if it went for a great price ..thats 10km from cbd, small land..means the area moved alot.

I don't know ..too blah for me. No wow factors nothing to get the buyer's emotions in overdrive . Could have made it much better and wouldn't have cost alot.

It's not amazing but like i say neutral is not a bad choice for a spec home , i have seen some horrible design choices (tiles etc) in new builds , particularly in Rochedale . This one would look a 1000% better if professionally staged. Don't get me wrong waaaaay overpriced in my opinion

They've built two places at the same time, and I think they've wanted this one to be very different to its neighbour (which is more of a timber exterior, that has been painted blue, from memory).

Unfortunately, a lot of townhouses and splitter block constructions being built in that area at the moment are just duplicates - i.e.. putting 2 of almost-the-same buildings on the same block - creating no interest or individuality, either. Check out these two which are just down the road, and have just been listed 145 Stanley Road Camp Hill Qld 4152 - House for Sale #127736550 - realestate.com.au and 147 Stanley Road Camp Hill Qld 4152 - House for Sale #127735882 - realestate.com.au - far too much the same.

So, while this might be 'blah', it's poles apart from the place next door (so it's not obvious it's a splitter) - which I think makes it more appealing.

I agree its way overpriced for what it is. I'd much prefer something like this and closer to the CBD.

Those Camp Hill ones are much better than the Carina one.

    305sqm. It's a townhouse, marketed as a home .

Yeah, they are. But if you didn't have the 2 different addresses given, you'd think the photos were of the same house - not good when they are side by side.

Making piles of equity is not the same as making money via usable cash, so there is merit in doing multiple things.

Are you saying that you know of a bunch of people letting IPs go from Logan area recently and or ATM ?

That would not be good, if above is yes, is it due to impatience due to expecting Sydney type CG
