How many properties in Camp Hill have views? Must be quite a few because its an expensive suburb relative to its distance from the CBD. Same price as Red Hill?

Have you never heard agents make sure you know the house is "not in the Zillmere part of Aspley". I heard that a few times. A non-real estate-involved colleague at my work also mentioned it when I flicked her the link. She likes to personally keep an eye on the Northside so I wanted to show her the sale. Her take on it is the side west of Gympie Road is better. (although Aspley Acres but).

Yep overpriced suburb if you ask me. You would be much better off buying in red hill .

Some pockets have views of the city, median price is similar for each. There are now streets in Camp Hill where OO are really spending money building 300-400sqm places which are worth 1.5-2.0m

Although it's been red hot for at least 5 years now, I can't see the momentum dying down any time soon.. I see it as the go to place on the southside for anyone with $$. Can't afford Bulimba, Norman Park etc? Camp Hill it is then.

I agree with the sentiment for Red Hill, great value. As @Whitecat has mentioned a few times it's right next to Paddington but $100-200k cheaper.. a cracking pre-war fixer upper comes on the market on a weekly basis.. wish I could buy one at the moment

Red Hill is like Seven Hills, hasn't taken off yet. Seven hills could barely make a sale 2 years ago and now 25% growth just last year.

I see massive value in Red Hill. I am actually looking in that market atm so @Whitecat hush :)

Curious to hear which areas to consider for 550-700k house. Desirable criteria in order of preference:

    - Good public transport access, cycling and walkways
    - Near nature, parks, forests, hikes.
-Healthy lifestyle - organic shops, markets, services
    - Good area for business networking and social activities - cafe's, latin dancing, coworking spaces
-Somewhat artistic or bohemian, or shows signs of gentrifying into that into the future. Someone told me Annerley is gentrifying and could be akin to Brunswick or Fitzroy.

The top end of your price range might get you something at the bottom end of the market in taringa or Toowong. Cafe culture etc is improving there , lots of uni students/young people. No Latin dancing that I am aware of lol

I think Mitchelton is a little under rated for what it already is so I think it has lots protential for growth.
