    We're currently based in Sydney, and looking to invest in the Brisbane area.
    10kms North of Brisbane Area.

    Looking for help/recommendations in pre purchase inspections.

    Sorry, just to confirm what you're asking...

    Are you looking for recommendations for Build & Pest inspections or are looking for someone like a Buyers Agent who will go and inspect the properties on your behalf and provide feedback prior to contracts?

    I can usually do a drive by and give you feedback about a street/suburb etc. I live 16 km north of CBD, what suburb are you talking about?

    Knowledge of Brisbane and areas helped me a lot. I know this thread is a couple of months old, its more for someone else who comes a looking.
