Well, I must thank a good friend for recommending me to this site. I love property, and the education around investing. I'm a mortgage broker, over 16 years so understand the ins and outs for finance. I'm located on the Southside of Brisbane - seeing a lot of changes in areas which were previously considered too bogan to invest in. Looking forward to listening to other peoples experiences, and the fortunate choices they have made (can only be happy for those who have struck a great deal).
