A bloody busy one who doesn't charge 'nice' members for his valuable time.

Hold a sec, I need to increase my cashflow as my property portfolio is currently negatively geared. Perhaps, I should change for my time.

Nope, been there, done that. Too much trouble raising invoices, chasing up slow payers, ...

It is a lot less stressful if I do it for free. Why should I solve Australia's budget deficit on my own? .

Remember I've only spent one hour with Kieran but Gockie has been blown away by my charm, whit and brains for at least ten hours this week. I promise she can have Kieran all to herself next time.

Unfortunately, it is a daily occurrence for me, but over the years, I have developed the strength and strategies to handle it.

Now, it is a bit like breathing - it is happening all around you but you don't notice ... .

 

Angel... you are deadset right.

I want everybody to know I believe @Angel has have come up with a gold idea for me to implement. It will be worth $$$!!

Moreover, I think I could give you a cut of profit. Deadset, it's that good.

I'm meeting with a builder/handy guy in around 2 hours time to discuss these ideas for this house. (Thanks @Leo2413 for this contact)!
