    I may have given you the name of a good PM agency a few years back. If your agency sold to another agency around a year ago you may want to shop around.

    Noticed a couple of properties last year sitting on the market for a few months. Same properties came back on and under offer quickly.

    Is Brisbane hot? Are people saying t the same?

    Anything good is gone ASAP.

    Dogs look to sit longer, some sell after discounts but it’s mostly quality that’s out of control at the moment

    Two agents I know well and trust have said things are selling quickly. Priced correctly, I believe that to be true.

    One we know who has his own agency said he's sold 90 houses in 120 days (or maybe 120 houses in 90 days?). I think it is 90 in 120 though. Things are hot, inner south-east 5km ring that I keep a bit of an eye on.

    We have a house near ours that is just listed too high, and it has sat for four weeks and still not buyer. They are not needing to sell, happy to let it sit, but I suspect it will sit until they get real with their pricing.

    I thought Brisbane was running about 6 months behind Perth. Seems to be a very similar pattern so far! I think it will continue for the next year.
