I think I'll panic when the bust comes and watch all the equity wiped out.

Find conviction that the next boom will surpass current boom?

Sometimes i think those journos conststantly read this forum and repost in their own words ..not that there is anything wrong with that...
See what they are sayinh. ..same as various posts on tgis and other brisbane th threads..ie employment getting better, closer in to cbd or river or beach for gc outperforming etc etc...didnt we say all these things...

More money. It was a listed price and I offered asking price. They offered more. I knew I hung around a bit too long at the open :)

    Back to the drawing board.

I reopened all my old faithfuls and they have all jumped out of what I think is value buying. I'm a bit lost now! Need to expand the search

If it happens it happens. Hopefully I've got the equity draw maxed when it does to buy up.
If not, Ill try and accrue offsets and lower LVRs until I can.

Really? Cool. :) I don't think it will get crazy like Sydney crazy, but this is a good sign.

You will see continued strong, but not sydney type strong IMO, bidding at least into H1 2016.
Continued pesos emigrating up north competing with oo and fhb..3 types of competition for RE in the new year.

A few days ago I asked the mods to rename the 2015 thread to "Brisbane looks good" so the conversation could continue there (to keep it in the one spot–will be great to look back on). So when that happens I think this'll get merged in there :)
