    I still have quite a bit of gaps to hit $600K land, so I'm cheering ;)
    23% increase for one on bad part of logan and 6% for the better part. :confused:

    My new council rates notice for Moreton Bay Council has a 10% land value increase. Not so good for land tax.

    My latest notice for Redbank Plains existing land valuation was $141,000, new valuation is $162,500 - thats a 15.2% increase in value in less than 12 months.

    Big six months ahead with the annual change being 7.9% means summer is going to be HOT down the cost to get back to the 15% year on year for 5 year :)

    Best I could find is Clear Island Waters at 10.7% for the annual change.
