    Brain trust ,
Are there any good discussion threads around here for mitchelton? Seems lot of small lots going around with crazy prizes .
Also , Is it an efficient practice to use built equity for next buy ?

Yeah, Mitchelton has moved significantly in the last year.

I’m not sure about your situation, but if you’re ready for the next buy for the right property/location/price, then why not?

    12 A Faucett Street, Mitchelton, Qld 4053

I thought their asking price was reasonable. Something like this pops up once in a while. If you’re quick…

True about Mitchelton…. Went around essex street area for open houses and definitely that section has moved a “fair “ bit .

Is there an indication of streets with high commissions houses over there ?

Olympics effect beginning to kick in?
Buy now before the International money flows in or never be able to buy.
A sad situation for future generations.

Yeah, I’m looking as well but the market has gone up too high too fast to my liking.

But then again, Melbourne and Sydney have gone up almost as much this year. So Brisbane still presents better value…

Rising covid cases in Sydney should dampen countrywide bullish sentiment in the near term

Brisbane might have avoided COVID, but it’s definitely caught Sydneyitis.

Ruthless bidders at auction don’t care about price. They know that in x years the price will look cheap. Hard to compete with these at auction if looking for value.

Looks like most, if not all, fall within the 10km range of the CBD. In Brisbane, how would define the inner ring?
What are people's thoughts on suburbs 10km to 15km playing catch up to these fast movers?

It’s happening now, 10-15 kms North CBD, have grown 20-30%. Even further is experiencing the same. Kippa-Ring, Redcliffe etc

I’d like to think Logan should catch up lol, not an advice obviously

Hey Standtall are they ranked in order of the top performing suburbs for Brisbane or are they just a selection of suburbs?
