    Dear Property Chatters,

I thought to include a couple of recent articles in relation to the current apartment market in the inner Brisbane areas:

Brisbane facing apartment oversupply, says BIS Shrapnel

Apartment oversupply may trigger crisis | The New Daily

Yet the developers are pushing back stating there is no over-supply as per below:
Brisbane developers hit back at reports of apartment oversupply

As agents, we have experienced a significant reduction of inquiries for apartments from tenants - when we do have interested enquirers for an apartment, they usually have a long list of properties to inspect due to the smorgasboard of choice available.

Curious to hear what other members are thinking particularly the brokers...

Well, developers obviously want people to think there's no oversupply so they have buyer to buy their product so they can make money... haven't opened any of your links but I wonder if the developers paid the publisher to run that story....
