my neighbour's property is located on an overland flow path and recently they have started filling the site without any council approval. This has significantly change the overland flow path of the area and will cause adverse flood impact on neighbouring properties.

The property is within Brisbane LGA. Where can I lodge such complaint?

    Thanks for your help.
