    It's like Perth construction costing more (or so i hear) than other places. It doesn't really matter if Brisbane has higher assessment fees etc imo. Just factor the costs into the feasibility and if the deal stacks up then it stacks up.

    I spent all about $20,000 for town planning and subdivision in Melbourne.

    That's so good. I need to look into Melbourne for subdivision sites.

    For a simple 1 into 2 in Brisbane it costs about $100K to create the second lot.
