    So far my Park Ridge house is being developed.

    It will be finished around the Q3 2016.

    Hi @markson. I had the same dilemma deciding whether to buy a house but further away or a townhouse closer to the CBD. I'm mostly after organic CG so I decided to pull the trigger and buy a townhouse 7km from CBD. It is in a small block of 6 on a big block of land. It works great so far as I can see there is a nice growth already (bought just 6 months ago).

    As a Brisbane local i protest this...sydney investors are coming here buying up all our property, surfing on our beaches, taking our jobs, our women etc.. :)

    I believe you need about 40 knots of wind to outrun the mosquitos and midges though :D

    Thats good. Do you think Brisbane has the potential to take something like this beyond 500K ?

    Sure. It's already very close if not over $500k mark based on the recent sales. Doing good so far.

    But then you need it to be at least 100K up to make any significant profit.

    @Tekoz hey mate, was there any duel occupancy land (duplex) available in that Parkridge estate? I'm trying to find some around the place that aren't too overpriced but are in up and coming areas.
