    Hi all,

I have been reading these forums for a while now and really appreciate the knowledge from your posts so thank you for everyone's contributions.

I am looking to purchase an IP in the next month or two. Have a pre-approval ready and the budget is 550-650k. Looking for 3-4 bedrooms house on good size of land.

Have been looking around middle ring Brisbane i.e. Chermside, Ferny hills, Everton Park, Keperra and around. We are from Sydney so never spend time there but these look good on paper (open for any other suggestions too).

Can anyone please recommend a buying agent in Brisbane? Because we think it will be better to get professional help since we are not used to the area.

    Thanks in advance :)

There are a few Buyers Agents who area active on this platform and if you use the search function on this forum you might be able to see some feedback about each of them.

You can't go wrong either side of the middle ring.
Stay away from flood prone area and main roads.

Your budget seems a bit tight for anything decent, but if you don't care if it needs a bit of TLC - add value through renovations. You should do just fine.
Land Valuation + 100k-130k house that needs cosmetic work.
