Agreed. And quibbling over a buyers agent fee can be a false economy.

I've seen people procrastinate for years while deciding whether to pay a professional to secure a property, meanwhile they could have enjoyed capital growth that would dwarf the BA fees.

I've seen lot's of people get the capital return on their BA fees within 12 months. Not all BA's are the same though...

@FireandWater can you post why you don't recommend using Ben and have you had any other experiences with other BA services?

Also what kind of portfolio do you have if you don't mind me asking? Always nice to see where ppl are on their journey.

I have spoken to Ben couple of times. The experience was very bad and I did not go any further with PumpedOnProperty/ Ben. You'll get lot of emails before your free strategy session. In realty, these guys have only 1 strategy nothing much to offer except the attitude if you start asking the right questions before starting the contract.

Just an advice to everyone, have a chat with whomsoever BA you go for and if you feel like they are not upto it then simply don't go for it.
