    I've just had an offer accepted on house in Brisbane and was hoping that you could provide me with recommendations for good building and pest inspectors. Looking for great service at an affordable price. Thanks

    I am being quoted a higher price and being told the reason that property has two units. Although its one building I am not sure how would that increase the price

    I guess you would pay more for 8 units too, same principle I suppose.

    I paid $475 with Twinspectors. They were excellent. Plus they offered a free cockroach treatment too. Very impressed. I will use them again in the future.

    Should be under $600, but I wouldn't just base it on price.
