    Thanks for the poll Beano. Thursday 9th May best for me either lunch or dinner. Prefer central if possible. All my activities are CBD based. South Brissy or Southbank or West End okay too. Only if this suits you and others.

    My advice based on around 18 years of organising meetups: don't try and do it by committee - nothing will suit everyone.

    Pick a date, time and venue and advertise it - if people turn up, great - if they don't, then perhaps try something different next time.

    Alternatively, identify someone who is likely to want to go and coordinate with them on a suitable date/time/location and then announce it more widely - that way you know at least 2 of you will be there :D

    one has been set 8th of May 1230 CBD three of us . CBD location TBA
    The other one is 10th of May evening happy to set it anywhere in the Fortitude Valley / CBD time and suggestions welcomed !
    Looks like 5 of us for the 10th.
