(Bris) Does retiling shower for $2880 sound right?

    I did this at a rental 2 weeks ago. Kept the same base. Replaced the walls, screen and taps.

    New taps $20. Tiles $160. New screen $70. Silicon $8. Tile glue $20ish. Grout $8ish. New fibro $70. Waterproof $20ish.

    Add time for installing taps. Dumping rubbish. Installing show screen. Silicon everywhere. Cutting out tiles for taps. Picking up materials. Cleaning. It all adds up. Everything takes longer than you think with this stuff.
