Once a month I DJ on the Bricks and Mortar show. It's on every Saturday but I'm rostered on the 4th Saturday with my co-host Samantha (know here as @Lil Skater). The general details of the show are: Bricks and Mortar Show General discussions on property related issues 11:00 am every Saturday 3WBC 94.1 FM 94.1FM 3WBC | The Voice Of The Inner East It's Box Hill (Melbourne East) community radio, so the signal usually only covers the eastern side of the city. It can be streamed from anywhere via the website. This weekend we've got a special guest coming in, a forum member who's been able to acheive financial indepenance through property investment. We'll be discussing the journey to get there, the challenges and triumphs along the way. I promises to be a great show! I'll leave it to the individual investor to announce themselves here if they want to, but if people have questions or ideas for discussion, I'll do what I can to include them in the interview.
Great. Look forward to listening to it. Is it available to listen to after or is it only available live? Thanks
Sheesh! I'm sure Pete said he'd leave it to me to announce! So.....yes, I'll be in Melbourne together with Hubby & our eldest daughter.
I like dad jokes.. yeah, you totally missed it.. it was a a really good show, very informative and so many laughs heard. seems like everyone was just having fun in the station..
A recording was made, I'll see if I can get a hold of it, clean it up and provide a link. It was one of the most fun interviews I've done on the radio. Skater's story is very much worth listening too and watching Skater & Lil Skater interact (Mum & daughter) was hillarious. It was the sort of session where an hour simply wasn't enough time to get everything out there.
We were! Pete is very easy to talk to & Lil.....well she never stops talking. Having her there was great because, of course, she was around when we started this journey, and she (and her sister) had some very unique experiences along the way. Haha, we could have talked all day, and probably would have if you hadn't showed us the clock. Thinking about that recording......that caught all our off-air banter as well. Oops! Better get cleaning.
No.....it was last weekend. Pete is going to see if he can get a recording so that he can post it here for those that missed out.
I am sure Peter said in post #1 that the Bricks & Mortar show is on every Saturday but he is on the show every 4th Saturday of the month.. Today from 11am was only hits and oldies lol
Today's' the 5th Saturday of the month, so it's kind of a weird weekend for the roster. Outside of that, you're correct.
