Brick front fence replacement at Stanmore Sydney

Hi All,

Does anyone have or know a budget business that can re do a brick fence, it will really need full removal and new footings, maybe in besa block for the wall and some dark face or maybe a row of dark face bricks in front.

The wall retains some soil, but only a few feet.

Does council have fencing guidelines that you need to comply with? Possiblytalk to a landscaper.

 

Contact a brickie. Get quotes and check jobs they've done. I couldn't recommend anyone I know.

As mentooned council approval may be needed. That could mean BA and plans etc.

Also check if main sewer runs under fence as Sydney Water has to sign off and they may want extra work to protect their pipes.

You could run the gauntlet and not tell council but it could bite you later on.

Otherwise Replace as is like for like. Don't tell anyone.

 

Yeah, it is a replace/repair as is, before it becomes a problem, anyone know someone who is reasonable for inner west area ?
