    I have an old colleague in one of these joints. The unit gets refurbished before they move in. However recently the managers have sought to standardise the occupancy agreements as there's several versions. Some of the changes include removing ownership of the private courtyards/gardens. She's heavily involved with her legal bod.

    I know of a couple who bought one of these, wife wants to move out, they cant because the exit fee is so high ...
