    Hello,

Does anyone know about delivering breach/termination notices via email. Is that allowed these days?

    Cheers,

Add it as a "condition" on the lease doc
Have on the doc where they enter their contact details a spot for email address

Its been part of the standard lease for the last couple of years.

If you don't have the specific clause, then there are some grey areas with it - probably best to use the prescribed service methods in the Act.

There's a tickbox on our leases that says "Tenants authorise landlord/agent to serve notices by this email address: ___ " And its pre-filled in beforehand ;)
