    Looking for some reviews/suggestions-
Is Box Hill NSW a promising suburb for first home buyers?
Land+House (Land size 300 sqm) priced around 750K.
Pros and Cons on Box Hill?
    Thanks!

It might be a good suburb. Currently it is in the middle of nowhere.

I think you are much better spending the same amount near to city buying a townhouse or old house on a decent sized block.

    Regards

Are you sure you want to invest 750k for a 300sqm house. What was your decision to choose Box hill? Did you explore other established suburbs around like Quakers hill where you might get a big block and a decent house?

Hahaha.....well done to you. As in investor though I would never buy anything with such small land. Ever.

Mainly thinking that as part of hills shire there will always be a premium attached. I did see quakers hills but only able to find townhouse under 750k. Open to options

    In 750k

You can get a house in st marys, marylands (old houses on dexent land and bigger land, if you are lucky).
    House in pemulwuy/ greystanes.
    Townhouse in girraween, wentworthville, westmead.

    Cheers

All my lands are small and that suits my atrategy of starting with low deposit.
And you gain 15-30% which is at par with development numbers with mich less headache.

Keep looking you can still get decent 3/2/2 or 3/1/1 with a good block 500 - 580 sqm in a decent location.

Here are the recent sold in that price range - Quakers Hill, NSW 2763 Sold House Prices & Auction Results

How about this one under 750k - Quakers Hill address available on request - House for Sale #126166322 - realestate.com.au

Shoebox Hill by the sounds of it.

As others point out, plenty of other suburbs with better facilities, larger land & location for less. You could still buy elsewhere & rebuild in these locations for a better outcome.
