Sorry if i don't make sense but...

Apparently a DP and a Boundary Survey is needed when building a home...and the survey is not standard.

So basically what the means is...i still own 600sq metres..but not necessarily within or on the spot where home is built or scale.

So i need to make sure i ask for a survey to be done for correct placement of the home?

    Thank you for any help.

Not entirely sure what you are asking, but i think this might be the answer:

When building a new house on or near a boundary, a title re-establishment and title corner marking is required to ensure the building is built within the title boundaries.
