    Just wanted to hear some feedback from people who use this taught technique in selecting suburbs at the right time to maximise growth. It involves the use of John Lindeman’s report as part of it.
    It seems all logical and good however, want to validate how practical the analysis is and if people have back tested this technique and achieved consistent positive results?
