    What books for newbie property investors today?

    What I read 10 years ago may not be necessarily that great today.

    Want to select a few for my daughter

    What do you recommend ? Read anything good lately

    Eventually their nose will sniff towards the proven money machine when they look around at their friends and almost everyone else and realise it's a no brainer to follow/learn from successful mama ;)
