Free audio, PDF and physical book from Chris Gray Book

Can get My Four Year Old Property Investor for free if you make an enquiry with Open Corp and have a quick chat with one of their nice staff ;)

There's also two mini-guides which aren't too bad of a read

Most companies offer free material so just a matter of having a look around and creating an email just for those.

It's always mentioned but definitely check out your local library. Had never really bothered before but was pleasantly surprised by the amount of property books at mine

I like the way they stack them, different.
But apparently it's not good for the books.

I don't think they are stacked on top of each other. I think its just the way the picture was taken.

    Hehe, I think you're right.
They should stack them the other way though.

Haha what the?!! @Jerry O @Azazel you guys already on the beers? :p

Rotated and uploaded the photo so nobody would have to rotate their phone to read the titles...

Fact for the day- library books are classified according to the proprietary Dewey Decimal System.

I should've mentioned I was talking about auto-rotate on my laptop. Would've been more obvious.

@House what would be your top 5 most highly recommended book from that stack that you would recommend?

Looking to educate myself more so have started reading more books.

    Thanks

Few titles I can’t make out but would say the better ones would be
    • Your Property Success with Renovations
    • Smart Questions
    • Unlocking the Property Market
    • Mastering the Aus House Market
    • 0 to 260+ properties (might be still relevant)
