Hopefully this post is OK to post, if not please delete.

I have the Trust Magic book by Dale Gatherum-Goss 6th edition together with the wealth sabotage CD that has some excel spreadsheets on from memory. It has been a good introduction (277pages so it goes into some depth too) to the topic but I have no need for it anymore.
If anyone is interested, please PM me, happy to post it anywhere in Australia for $25 + $10 postage.
    Condition is excellent.

First or second edition? One was 2003, the second 2011.

I've always wondered in this context if Trust was a noun or a verb.

    That's good.

I can't see that it is available any more. The website doesn't exist any more, Gatherum Goss doesn't appear to sell it, and it doesn't appear to be available from several other websites. It is very good, and while details may have changed, there are some excellent concepts.

Yes, I found it really useful to get my head around trusts in general.
Plus I like to have something physically in hand when working through challenging concepts.
It looks like you have read through it @geoffw ?

It was a very good book but unfortunately very out of date now and many changes in legislation means a lot is not as relevant as it used to be.

I agree with @geoffw it was a great book I have an old copy lying around somewhere and it opened my eyes to a different way of thinking. Some rules have changed the fundamentals are still useful.

Trust magic was a good book when initially published. A lot has changed since that time but to be fair dale is retired now and it hasnt been updated for a while.
