    Michael Yardney "Rules of Property".

    In my personal view, avoid Margaret Lomas as she talks too much about regional areas. Regional areas gets too far into the realm of hot spotting for my liking. Michael Yardney is superb on the fundamental essence of property investing.

    I agree, his books on real estate are very good.

    I disagree with this view. Margaret Lomas's recent books have a lot to offer IMO.

    Th best chapter is the last one on LOE.....which sadly can't be done anymore (perhaps it never could).
