    Just trying to get a house cleaned before a tenant goes in. Had one quote for $1180 + gst from my PM and a second one for $660.
    Last year when I had it done on another property it was about $350 (South Brisbane and house was a little smaller).

    Can anyone recommend a good cleaner that doesn't charge the earth?.....or is $660 reasonable?

    $660 is average for a 4 bed, 2 bath property, also depends on how dirty it is.

    I have a cleaner that is reasonably priced that maybe able to give you a quote over the phone
