VIC Body Corporate requirements when selling

    Hi, I built 3 townhouses on a block 5 years ago and sub divided right after completion.
    All three properties have their own title. I have maintained insurance during that period with STRATA home/building insurance for all units combined.
    Unit 1 - no shared property. (may share underground services? I don't know)
    Unit 2 & 3 - shared driveway

    I plan to sell unit 3 in the next couple of months and struggling to find minimum requirements I need to complete in order to satisfy requirements for the sale.

    Is anyone able to help please?
