I've just started watching (iview on computer while using my elliptical trainer) A Moody Christmas. If you missed it first around (a few years ago), then do yourself a favour and watch it.

There is a follow up series The Moodys which is good, but not as funny as the original.

Was a bit disappointed in the ending of The Sinner, but the first few episodes were gripping enough

Currently watching the Crown, highly recommend.

    Suits
    Billions
    GOT
Star Trek (william Shatner one and the latest one )

    These days-
    Wisdom of Crowd
    Dynasty

I do enjoy light comedy :-

    Big bang theory
    HIMYM

I really love Search Party on sbs - it's amazingly good.
And have just started watching Girls and really like it - I know, late to the party.
Of course, loved Breaking Bad - again late to the party but seen it about 3 or more times now.
Loved the Countdown series on ABC.
    Fortitude was weird but good.
    Looking for more recommendations.

I am shocked and concerned no one mentioned The Handsmaids Tale!

Ah good. I was so disappointed it ended, because I am entitled to more! Now all the wait till April. My generation is apparently used to get everything right now, so this is against the trend.

Any tips on something along the lines of The Handsmades Tale, GOT, HTGAWM? Tried the Vikings but never got into it.

    Did anyone mention Westworld too?

Currently watching Sinner also. Hope the ending isn't a let down. Up to episode 7.
    A good mix of characters.

Thoroughly enjoyed The Sinner - was seriously hard not to watch it in one go, how can you survive stopping at episode 7? I was pretty satisfied with the ending!

Good point re: stopping watching! I do need to sleep every now and then though. Hopefully will finish it off tonight.

    Cheers.

We also recently binge watched The Sinner. It was quite dark; slow at times but still grabbed you; and ultimately I thought the ending was good. I’d rate it 7.5/10.

I've been watching The Family Law on SBS.

It's a comedy series, based around Benjamin Law, one of five children born in Queensland to Chinese parents who are in the process of separating.

I've been quite enjoying it. I've recognised variations of the cross cultural and language issues of somebody from a non English culture; but it has also made me much more aware of issues with Asian families. There's some good comedy, with a nice gentleness and kindness; many issues though are recognisable in any family.
