Hope I'm not too late to join...

    Weight 60.7
    Height 157 cm
    Waist 85 cm

I was 58kg last August before eight weeks overseas. Came home 60.5kg and have been down to under 59kg but after menopause, looking at food adds weight, and it is so hard to lose it.

Getting back over 60kg is a real wake up call for me. I would be comfortable at 57kg (55kg maybe even, but let's not get carried away).

I'm lifting weights, nothing too strenuous, and started walking and jumping on the elliptical trainer again.

    Discounted icecream should be outlawed.

Except when I'm not trying to lose 15kg :D

Something that helped me was to eat more consciously and less mindlessly. Before I ate anything I would ask myself, is this the most nutritious thing I can put in my mouth right now? It helped me make better choices.

    Sign me up.

    190 cm
    103.8 kg

I'll probably not be on point with my diet for the next fortnight. I've got a house guest, which gives me an excuse to go off the rails. :(

In terms of approach, it'll be a mixture of calorie counting (I can be really anal about that), exercise will be mostly weights (five sessions per week), and I need to throw in more cardio.

I've put on four or five kilos in the recent months. Some has been muscle, as my chest and shoulders are looking bigger, but there has been fat too.

Doesn't @pinkboy usually start a new thread for each weekly weigh-in?

    63.4kg for me this morning.

Scored one of the freebie paper tape measures at bunnings and my waist is 71cm. I also want to keep track of my other measurements which I think will motivate me more at this point in time rather than weight.

    Waist: 71cm
    Hips: 90cm
    Bust: 95cm
    Right thigh: 58.5cm
    Right calf: 39cm
    Right arm: 29cm

I usually do. Might just keep it to the 1 thread and I'll tag people as a reminder. I just been busy this morning. I'll tag away when I get to workshop.

    93.8kg so put on 0.1kg.

Not much opportunity for cycling due to the weather.

1000m descent / ascent walk in the Blue Mountains yesterday. Definitely feeling fit enough for my altitude walk in 4 weeks.

    Resting weary legs today.

    I'm 60.2 this morning.

Do you just need weight or do you also want waist measurements each week?

    90kg (+0.7)

So no real change - normal fluctuations for me.

My diet was written off for half of last week.
Back on the horse again today.

    100.2kg (-2.1).
Trying to restrict the calories 2,000 per day.

Couldn't find the motivation to get out and exercise in the last week.

Only physical activity was concreting over the weekend.
