I took a progress pic while at work today.
Getting leaner, but not ripped and shredded like where I want to be.
Ate pizza last night and Maccas for breakfast, so will have to cut down on the processed rubbish.
Haven't done any cardio or high intensity training yet which should help cut the rest of the fat, waiting for the weather to warm up cos it's too cold in the mornings right now.

Now we have a competition on our hands... Better extend this one @pinkboy. I'm gonna need a few more months.

Oh, the ex-fitness model responds :)
How many months will you need?
I think I'm about 8 years older than you so need a handicap.

I had summer as a goal. I'm a hell of a long way behind. Not even same category. I think I'm still the wrong side of dad bod.

You look great regardless of age.

(I just tried every mix of lighting and posing, and have nothing that makes me look even remotely lean. Is making the indian curry I had for dinner turn nasty in my mouth ;) )

Try and avoid the "how long can I do this" mind thing. Just do one day at a time, and once it's a habit you are laughing. Sounds like the surgery is a necessary speedbump.

    Hahahaha @wylie

Sorry guys, been a MIA lately. Haven't weighed in this week (so will do it Monday instead). My PT is happy with my progress, and I'm starting to get into a good routine with my food/exercise - but still a long way to go. It's also now birthday season (literally 5 family birthdays in the next two weeks) which I'm sure doesn't help anything.
