Good morning all. Wow, week 9 - 3/4 way through the challenge.

Please record your weight in this thread so I can update the spreadsheet, and will finish off last weeks spreadsheet today (sorry, super thin time last week).

My clean eating since last Wednesday has been going well. I was fairly hungry though, so will need to up the food intake slightly to keep up with my body's demands. Did a mountain bike race yesterday, and felt I lacked top end due to hunger. Good learning curve!

How did you all go this week?

    62.8 this morning, was 62 yesterday o_O
The fact that my weight hasn't increased is a good thing, my meal time is kind of out of whack this week, either had big lunch and ended up just snacking on dinner, late lunches and late dinners. Exercises are all good at least.

Can you eat chocolate on bike? :D

Hi 88kg today. I'll know there has been some permanent loss when I get to 85kg because my weight can fluctuate.

I'm 57.5kg today. Got down to 57.2 Friday before visiting hubby's sister and her Sicilian husband. Boy they do a good lunch and I watched what I ate, but life is about enjoying so I didn't go crazy, but ate well.

Had visitors Saturday to our place. Ate well, but not with abandon, so I'm happy that I've not gained more.

We are heading overseas in two weeks, so I'm doing a lot of sitting, planning, organising and no exercise really apart from a few walks.

I'm expecting disappointing results after a big work week and a blow out weekend. I was STARVING both weekend nights, and added to the damage a very unhealthy lunch yesterday. Anyway, we will see.

I was good all week but not the weekend :(
My smart watch shows that I do more than 9000 steps during the week. Sundays are the lowest with about 5000 steps. Need to start an activity on Sundays.

Have finally got to a yoga class. Felt so good after 5 years.
Walking but not as much as I was. Sanding and painting again.
Eating - some good, a lot bad. That doesn't work for me. Pretty much has to be all or nothing esp at my weight. Going bacwards. Have fallen off the wagon but am calling out for the wagon to stop so I can jump back on. Where are the veggies? Salad weather coming up.
No point waiting til tomorrow: was 89.4 this morning.

Same as last week - 81.2kg.
Good news is, I'm getting back into my 3x zumba classes a week - let's see if that makes a difference.

Back from China this morning - 78.7kg
Thought I'd lose weight but gained instead, diet was pretty bad over there.
3rd consecutive week of weight gain I think.
Might start some HIT or intervals soon to see if that does anything.

**** I forgot to weigh in!
I have dramatically changed my exercise routine in the past 10 days and it's going well.
Mon, Wed and Fri is weights. Tues and Thurs is HIIT on the elliptical
It's a shredding/cutting combo. Tues and Thurs are 'recovery' days from weights and weekends are off.
Not sure how long I can keep this up for but I really need to go strong for a few weeks for a few reasons
    1. I want to get stronger before I have surgery to fix my hip.
    2. I want to lose weight before surgery in case I put some on
    3. school reunion in 4 weeks
    4. holiday with bathers (eek) in 5 weeks
    5. give my metabolism a kick up it's backside
