    Still 77.6 Kg.
I have changed my morning routine from 1 x 24 pushups to 3 x 16. Slowly increasing the length of planks from 30 seconds to 60+. Already feeling stronger :)

I started creatine today on a whim after fading through my workout today. From times past, this usually equates to about 5kg weight gain in a fortnight, so my results on the scales may well be thwarted! If the weigh in hasn't been logged pinkboy, I jumped on the usual set of scales today and was 104.0kg. Sundays measure was on a different set

Judging by your avatar, you have really beefed yourself up. Any weight gain will be solid muscle.

Was starting to put the feelers out for dates for my next WR. The conversation turned to food. Yesterday I got a fair food intervention from both my mate and then my wife. Notice the psychology my mate uses? Part of his our dry humour!

So Im on a real health food plan for healthy eating starting last night. Weight loss is not the real goal - its about fueling correctly, and having a more beneficial source of enegy for competing.

Just doing the spreadsheet up now as well.

I'm going camping for 3.5 days and just did a grocery shop while hungry. Think I got enough food to last us for 10 days.... whoops. And some junk food snuck its way into the trolley....

In in too if we continue the weigh-ins. It is good to be accountable to someone other than myself (and now the dietitian).

We are off in two weeks and will be away for eight weeks but I'll join whatever is going when I'm back... I may need to lose some weight after eight weeks of travelling :p.

I went for a long run yesterday and jumped on the scales before and after. I lost 1.8kg on a 38km run. Not sure if that was sweat or muscle mass :/

Going on an emergency trip to Shanghai tomorrow for about 5 days.
Gonna lose weight for sure as I quite dislike the food over there.
Need to find some playground equipment to smash out some calisthenics.
