Wow. 2/3 of the way through the challenge. Only a month to go.

Please record your weight in this thread so I can update the spreadsheet. Also include what you did right, and not so right that attributed to this weeks result.

Hopr you had a good week last week, and good luck for this week.

    77.9kg this morning.
Consecutively heavier 2 weeks in a row and going the wrong way.
Reckon I've hit my low sustainable body weight limit at sub 10% body fat levels and my body composition seems to be improving all the time.
Sorry, but I haven't got much more fat to give up for this challenge.

Id say Im the same boat as you. Losing mass means losing muscle. I think about 87kg will be the lowest I can go without cutting into muscle. Im still carrying about 2kg of fat, but if I asked my body to burn it in a single huge effort, Id probably lose it in 1 go. Problem is, asking your body to do this is not healthy and reserved only for a WR attempt - plus it hurts!

    Finally I can report a loss. Today I'm 57.9kg.

I'm still trying to stick with the 1100 calories and haven't done any specific exercise for most of the past week apart from walking some nights with hubby. We are having a new pool fence installed next Monday and he has been tiling and I follow behind grouting. That is so bad for the knees and back, but we are nearly finished. I wouldn't call it exercise though it takes hours at a time.

I didn't weigh in last week because my scales broke. However I replaced them with the Fitbit Aria scales, which also measure your body fat. Yay?

Anyhow, weighed in at 81.3kg, and 42.7% fat. Not happy with either figure, obviously. It wasn't helped by going out to lunch yesterday for hubby's birthday - Coco's dessert menu is irresistible!!

The good news is I went back to zumba on Saturday morning, so hopefully that will help my general fitness, turn some of the fat into muscle, and even help with some weight loss, if I can just zip my mouth closed.

    92kg - didn't gain/lose. I estimated wrong last week. The scales don't lie.

    I had a bad weekend... 91kg

In other news (and he may kill me for this!)... James has officially lost 20kg! He might keep quiet over the last few years, but I thought it worth mentioning because he's worked extremely hard.

66.5kg for me this morning which I think is 600g down from last week. The week started off so promising where I went to the gym a few times and got down to 66kg then BAM got struck with man flu on Wednesday. Only just starting to feel human again now but with all the sneezing I've been doing I've put my back out and can't walk properly at the moment so there will be very little activity for the next few days which sucks.

Ok I have been a bad member the past 2 weeks with little time to be in the threads but I'm now 77.1 which is better than 78 I was.

I found out my 25yr school reunion is coming up in about 5 weeks so that may motivate me more

Being parents who have to tag team I usually go to the gym on Tues and Thurs and hubby goes Mon, Wed, Fri and we take turns doing the morning school run. Well the eldest child got his P plates so no more school runs (well for a term)

So last night I said to hubby that I'd like to go to the gym with him
    - I am a professional procrastinator so it will help me GET to the gym
    - give me someone to not let me slack off at the gym
    - try some new things

So today I used the assisted chinup/pull up machine for the first time ever. I was rather fun - I'd love to see how I progress with that and one day be able to do it unassisted.

I probably will be feeling rather sorry for myself tomorrow but I like doing weights and it's good to have a weights partner to do it with. Muscle increases metabolism, strengthen bones, improves body shape and makes you stronge - I'm a big fan of doing weights.

    73kg still
Everything fits better though, and visibly less fat which is good.

Walking min 6k a day (with pram) plus an hour of various (skipping, 10-1 jumping jacks, squats, sit ups, push ups with 15m sprints in between, more skipping). Protein shake for breakfast, salad and lean meat for lunch, healthy dinner.

Went off road with the pram, let the toddler loose, ended up doing two extra long hills before I caught him (couldn't go too fast due to sleeping baby).
