I log everything, but not on Strava. I dont log trainer rides and I put some rides to private because Im always trying different things and sometimes I feel its best to leave those rides to myself. Also dont log rides where Im trying drills etc.

Still, it hasnt been a big year. Im doing more specific training and Im now in a big phase of training.

I went from 300km a week in 2015, to 300km so far in 2016. Niggling pain in my hip/thigh/leg that I've not been able to pin down. Ground things to a complete halt :/

You too are so unhelpful to the majority! I feel no motivation when I read figures in hours or tens of Kms (or 100s).

What that ride data doesnt show - I did that Everest on a 12kg cyclocross bike with 28mm tyres - so extra challenging. Add crappy weather as well. It was pouring rain when I started through to 99% humidity through the day in 34 degree sun.

I lost about an hour doing 130 descents with dodgy spongy brakes as well. Lost another half hour helping a mate who stacked it on a descent with me. Had 2 flats as well - all lost time.

Sihtloads of fun though. Its a good day long challenge.

I haven't had any scales around for a while. Sold my bike too : /
Quite sure I'm not the winner/loser.

    Good job @pinkboy!

I was sick last week so didn't get to the gym Mon-Wed and only did Thursday and Friday. Today I am sick again, but I think I'm alive enough to do the usual 5 days.
