Hi all. Week 10 weigh in is upon us. Please record your weight in this thread so I can update the spreadsheet.

Im really sorry Ive been tardy with the timings and absent from the discussion of late. My brother is at week 4 of his 5 week holiday, and he usually runs my workshop - so Ive had to step up and actually turn up at work. I think it has helped though.

This week Im really excited to report my weigh in. This morning, 86 neat. Last night was 85.8 after my ride, but going with 86 officially.

This clean eating diet, plus an incremental increase in training is working. I felt really strong on my solo hill repeat ride yesterday. I was riding World Record pace for 3hrs without raising a sweat. Now I just have to work it so Im right for the next 48, but Im starting to feel prepared about my preparation.

I'm having a shocker. But I've identified my weak point - if I drink a beer (or 2-3), my diet is out the window. It seems to trigger the carb hunger that I otherwise don't get. As a consequence, my weekend has been horrendous. I suspect I will have put on half my total loss in one week alone.

I'm on 62.3 this morning. I think going to the beach on Saturday help, didn't do anything different otherwise

Lots of painting going on. Took some time out to make a salad and take a few walks. That's all it takes for me. Just need to stick to my plan. On the way back down again.

    I think I'm settling around 77.5 mark.
I have been active last week. About 8600 steps a day + another activity everyday.
Also managed to increase morning push ups to 3 x 19. Each time I get one of my kid (4,6&8 yo) to do it with me.
Evening planks is increased to 80 Seconds. My 6 yo son can last longer than me! He is so happy that he beat me.

Been hovering around this weight for about the past month now.
Will make an effort to break into the 76's during this final 2 weeks.

86.3kg this morning, although did record 85.8 kg last Friday.

I'm down to my lowest weight for perhaps 25 years. My previous lowest was 87.7kg in 2011.

57.8kg for me this morning. Got down to 57.2 last Tuesday but have had a few days where I've gone over my dietitian prescribed calories.

At least I'm heading in the right direction. I wish I'd gone to this dietitian instead of using diet bars. It all works, but real food is healthier.

This week has been a shocker, ate like complete rubbish this weekend due to birthday season and had maccas for dinner last night as I spent a good portion of the afternoon/evening in hospital (I'm fine).

Sitting at 90.5kg, which considering everything I'm surprised. At some stage last week I was down to 90.3kgs when I randomly weighed myself late in the evening, so hopefully will get into the 80's again soon.

107.6. This is about 5kg gain in a week and a half. I blame the creatine mostly, but also dietary indiscretions. Sadly this puts me nearly back where I started!!

Yep (but intracellular, hence the apparent increase in muscle size). I typically put on 5kg. And I usually get strong enough over 2-3 weeks that traditionally I crank the weights up then hurt my self (usually a shoulder). Now I'm 10 years older, I'm trying to hold back a little. I'm definitely dropping fat, and had a hint of some upper abs in the right light yesterday ;)
